1What the form collects

The sign-up form asks for:

• Your name, and an email address or phone number
• Your company name, business phone, business email and website
• Your business address, if you give it
• The services you offer and the markets you serve
• The film brands you carry today, and roughly what you buy each month
• What you would most like to compare, and any note you add
• Your answers to the confirmation and consent tick boxes

The site also records the page that referred you, any campaign tag in the web address, and your browser and device type. Those tell us which of our efforts brought you here.

2Why we ask

Every field feeds the comparison. Knowing which brands you carry tells us what to compare against; knowing your services and markets tells us which parts of a dealer program actually matter to you. Without them we would be showing you an average rather than something about your business.

Contact details let us confirm your sign-up, ask anything we need, and send you the result.

3Who sees it

Your information is used by the ProLayers team to prepare your comparison and to support you. It is not sold or rented, and it is not passed to anyone outside ProLayers for their own marketing.

It is held in systems we use to run the business, such as our website host, our database, our email service and our customer records. Those providers may only use it to provide their service to us.

4Messages you will receive

Messages about your request are part of the service and are sent whether or not you tick anything else. The marketing tick is separate and optional, and leaving it blank changes nothing about your comparison.

If you do opt in, you can stop text messages by replying STOP, and stop marketing email by writing to info@prolayers.com. Message and data rates may apply.

5Keeping and removing it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to prepare and follow up your comparison, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Records of the consents you gave, including when and what wording you were shown, are kept so we can demonstrate we asked properly.

You can ask us to correct or delete what we hold. Email info@prolayers.com and we will act on it, subject to any records we are required to keep.

6Security

The form is submitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
